Each region is led by a champion, a volunteer educator who has seen the power of Renaissance in their school. Educators in each region share ideas and successes with one another through Facebook Groups and a monthly email newsletter.

Dr. Farah Ortega-Choate is an Athletic/Activities Director at La Quinta Middle School STEM Academy in La Quinta, California. She holds degrees from California State University-San Bernardino and the University of Southern California. She has been recognized as a Jostens Renaissance National Staffulty of the Month and CADA Master Activities Director. In 2023, she was inducted into the Jostens Renaissance Hall of Fame.
