Participate in these fun ways to be recognized at this year’s Jostens Renaissance National Conference: The “Before and After the Change” Photo Contest and the “Make That Change” Video Contest.
“BEFORE AND AFTER THE CHANGE” PHOTO CONTEST
We all know Renaissance makes a difference in schools, but we’re looking for photos that illustrate this difference. We are looking for two photos: One illustrating what school climate and culture was like BEFORE Renaissance, and the other illustrating school climate and culture AFTER the implementation of Renaissance. Jostens will combine the two photos into one image that tells the story of how Renaissance changes schools.
One winning school will be recognized at the JRNC with a Storyteller Award trophy, a $150 Visa® gift card, and VIP seating for all school attendees at the Pep Rally.
REQUIREMENTS
- Photo – Submit two photos that are 300dpi, a minimum of 5×6 inches, and in jpg/jpeg, png or tif/tiff format. No collage photos will be accepted. You must submit a signed model release form for anyone that is identifiable in the submitted photo (see link below).
Title your photos in the following format: “SchoolName-Title-Before” and “SchoolName-Title-After.” (ex. “JostensHigh-SpringRally-Before”).

“MAKE THAT CHANGE” VIDEO CONTEST
No one is more qualified to share the awesomeness of Jostens Renaissance than the students and Staffulty of a successful program. If you are one of the seasoned veterans of an amazing Renaissance school (and even if you aren’t a seasoned veteran), we need your help! Share with the world how Jostens Renaissance continues to revive the culture and climate of your school!
WHAT WE NEED
We need a video, 90 seconds long or less, that describes the top 5 reasons a school should “make that change” and use Jostens Renaissance to improve school climate and culture. Funny, quiet, serious, or loud – there is no right or wrong way to tell the importance of Renaissance and demonstrate how it impacts students and Staffulty.
WHAT YOU WIN
The winning school will receive recognition at the Jostens Renaissance National Conference (“Conference”) in July, a Storyteller Award trophy, a $250 Visa® gift card, VIP seating for all school attendees at the Pep Rally, and the video may be featured during the Conference and on JostensRenaissance.com. Videos will be judged based on creativity, statistical and/or anecdotal evidence of how Jostens Renaissance revives school culture, and overall awesomeness. Extensive editing is not required, but lighting and sound are important for effective storytelling.

- Format – MP4 video that can be uploaded to Dropbox.com. Name the video in the following way – SchoolName-VideoTitle (“JostensHighSchool-MakeThatChange”). Note that any music that is included in the video must either be original, or you must have obtained appropriate permissions/license to use the music in your video.
