In what feels like a divided world, it’s important for students to have conversations with people who are different than them. On this episode of The Harbor by Jostens, Mike talks to students from different backgrounds about their experiences with intolerance. Together, they game plan for how to be more accepting.

Mike challenges students to ask themselves tough questions and examine where their biases come from so that we can understand that while it’s okay to disagree with someone, it’s never okay to disrespect.
Motivational speaker Aaron Davis shares some of his experiences with intolerance and offers suggestions on how to talk about tolerance and diversity.
