If you’re here, it means you’ve seen or heard how Renaissance can make an impact on a school or have experienced the joy and practical idea-sharing of a live Renaissance event. This course will help you decide exactly how you want to customize the Renaissance framework at your school through 10 guided units on establishing a strong, sustainable program tailored for the amazing students and Staffulty™ (staff + faculty) at your school.
What To Expect
This course will help you understand:
- what Renaissance is
- how it brings results
- the different elements of the Renaissance framework
- how to use Renaissance strategies & activities effectively in your school
You’ll also learn how to quantify perceptions and levels of your current climate and culture, identify measurable goals for improvement, determine success metrics and how to share your successes with your community. When you complete the course, you’ll get a certificate to show off your new skills for making your school even more awesome and positively influencing its culture and climate. You got this!
