It’s easy for teens and adults alike to struggle with body image. On this episode of The Harbor by Jostens, Paralympic athlete Lacey Henderson talks about how her view of her body changed after cancer caused her leg to be amputated at 10 years old. With the understanding that the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected, Lacey is able to put positive body image into perspective for all of us.
