INSTRUCTIONS FOR RANDOM KNOCK:random knock

    1. Prep Staffulty that random knocks will be happening during the month, quarter, or entire school year.
    2. Prepare a treat that is easy to bring to a classroom and pass out to everyone.
    3. Knock and the classroom door and ask if they have met the criteria, example “Hey there, was everyone on time for class today? YES? You all get donuts!”
    4. Pass out the reward! Soon, everyone will develop the habit you want to see more of at your campus.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES & IDEAS:

  • Spread the random rewards – focus on a grade level at a time. Like freshmen in Q1, Seniors in Q2, etc.
