  1. Set a goal for seniors to achieve – be sure the students are aware of the goal and the reward of painting ceiling tiles!
  2. Find the number of students who achieved that goal.
  3. Cut paper to fit on ceiling tile.
  4. Set time for students to paint on paper.
  5. Have time to dry painted paper.
  6. Clean up the stations and any messes made.
  7. When the paint is dry, begin taking tiles down and staple, tape or glue paper onto tiles.
  8. Place tiles back into ceiling.

  • This doesn’t have to be just for seniors – this could be for any group of students that you want to motivate or recognize for their hard work!
