Teacher Appreciation Week: Renaissance Style
Celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week EVERY day of their big week! Show your school’s teachers just how much they are appreciated with these tried-and-true ideas.
MONDAY
Start the week off right by letting EVERYONE in your community know your teachers are valued! Make yard signs for your teachers’ home with messages of recognition like “A Rock Star Educator Lives Here” or “Home of a Difference Maker!”
Bonus Idea:
Give your teachers a break for the week by enlisting parent volunteers to handle regular Staffulty™ duties like hallway monitor or study hall.

TUESDAY
Invite students to write anonymous messages on large gold stars and surprise teachers by secretly hanging them around their classrooms!
Bonus Idea:
Make your teachers feel extra special with a door decorating contest. Encourage students to decorate based on teachers’ interests or pick a school-wide theme!

WEDNESDAY
Reward teachers halfway through the week with a starfish pin. These inspirational pins are a thoughtful way to remind them they are valued!
Bonus Idea:
Use our Kudos Notepads or Most Important Job Notecards to write teachers a quick but personal message of appreciation.

THURSDAY
Keep the celebration going strong! Show your teachers you value — and recognize — their contributions in a way that all can see with Teacher Appreciation Selfie Signs and Buttons.
Bonus Idea:
Ask local businesses to donate gift cards, free items or food as gifts for your dedicated teachers.

FRIDAY
Go ALL out! Recognize Staffulty with sweets and coffee in the morning, then deliver teachers an end-of-the-week treat in the afternoon with room service!
Bonus Idea:
Grab some popcorn and watch Love: The Secret Ingredient together. This Green Room episode celebrates the stories of several passionate educators just like yours!
