Renaissance Champions lead their region with a philosophy fueled by passion, positivity, and the belief that culture and climate change everything. In addition to supporting their Renaissance Ambassadors and other educators in their region, they spark joy, recognize greatness, and create environments where teachers love their jobs and students thrive in school.
Rhett Ladner is the current superintendent for Hancock County School District, after a long career as a teacher, principal, and administrator in Mississippi. He holds degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi, and is a recipient of the Jostens Renaissance Hall of Fame award.

Renaissance ambassadors build a vibrant network of educators who believe culture and climate support school success. As volunteers, Ambassadors form and maintain a sense community in their local area.
Ginger Stovall
Henderson, Kentucky
Ginger is a Renaissance Coordinator as well as a teaching and learning pathway instructor at Henderson County High School in Kentucky. She has been in education for 24 years and holds a Bachelors and Masters of Education from the University of Kentucky and received a Leadership in Crisis Situations Certification from the University of Southern Florida. In 2024, Ginger was recognized as a Jostens Renaissance Educator of the Year.

Will Roberts
Henderson, Kentucky
Will Roberts is the Principal of Henderson North Middle School, where his team Cultivates Cadet Confidence through the extraordinary experiences at NMS. Will and his team specialize in inspiring human greatness through genuine relationships. He is passionate about cultivating a community where character matters and making NMS the change agent for future generations in Kentucky. He is very proud that the NMS team has earned Platinum School of Distinction for the past four years. In his time away from school, Will works on a 3rd generation family farm and hopes to pass that legacy on to the 4th generation – his three children Clay, Alex, and Elizabeth. He enjoys spending time outdoors hunting with his family, baseball, UK basketball, and coaching anything his children are involved in.

Amy Bush
Shepherdsville, Kentucky
Amy Bush is a School Counselor at Bernheim Middle School who supports students, staff, and families by fostering a positive school culture and supporting student growth. Amy specializes in school culture and climate through relationship-building and student support systems. She has helped lead Renaissance initiatives at Bernheim Middle School and played a key role in expanding the school’s advisory program into a daily 45-minute period, helping strengthen connections and build a positive school culture. In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family.

April Watkins
Shepherdsville, Kentucky
April Watkins is an Instructional Coach at Bernheim Middle School in Bullitt County Public Schools, where she helps build a culture of belonging, celebration, and authentic student leadership. Through collaboration with students, staff, and community partners, she works to create meaningful school experiences that ensure every student feels connected, valued, and inspired to succeed. April specializes in school culture transformation, student voice, and authentic learning experiences that empower students to lead. She has helped develop and support initiatives such as Bernheim’s BruCru advisory program, Graduate Profile portfolio defenses, community service projects, schoolwide celebrations, and student driven events that strengthen relationships and create a positive school climate. Her work focuses on helping schools move beyond traditional recognition systems to create cultures where every student can find connection, purpose, and success. In her spare time, April enjoys reading, traveling, exploring history, and designing creative experiences that bring people together.

Stacy Nishibun
Franklin, Kentucky
Stacy Nishibun is a Kindergarten Teacher at Franklin Elementary School who is passionate about all students being successful and strives to build meaningful connections through positive school culture and recognition activities for students and staff. Stacy Nishibun has been an early childhood educator since 2002. She received her Masters of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University and is a National Board Certified Teacher. She has worked on her school’s Renaissance team for the past five years. She has seen tremendous growth in the school, which received Silver and Platinum School of Distinction the past three years, and she has presented at the Jostens Renaissance Global Conference. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, and keeping up with current education topics and trends.

Morgan Williams
Franklin, Kentucky
Morgan Williams is a special education teacher at Simpson County Schools in Kentucky. She aids students with significant disabilities access and succeed in academics, their environment, and improve communication in their daily lives. Morgan specializes in accessible education and has demonstrated exceptional results in supporting her students’ academic growth, with her student caseload achieving IEP goals at an 87% success rate. She is committed to ensuring that her students receive the individualized support they need to access the general curriculum and fully participate in the school environment as Franklin-Simpson Little Cats. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys attending her daughters’ sports and extra-curricular activities, spending time outdoors, reading, crafting, and homemaking- including tending chickens, canning goods, and baking.

Missy Hardison
Franklin, Kentucky
Missy Hardison is a School Counselor at Lincoln Elementary School in Simpson County, Kentucky, where she helps students and staff build a positive, connected school culture through leadership opportunities, recognition programs, and high energy school climate initiatives. Known as the self-proclaimed “Hype Girl” of Lincoln Elementary and Simpson County, Missy leads many of the school’s Jostens Renaissance efforts, including planning Hype Rallies, organizing Wildcat of the Month assemblies, and overseeing several Student Council groups such as Hype Squad, Spirit Tunnel, and Birthday Bunch. Missy specializes in student engagement, school culture, and creating meaningful opportunities for every child to feel seen, valued, and connected. She has helped grow Renaissance efforts not only within Lincoln Elementary, but across her district, which now successfully implements Renaissance initiatives from PreK through 12th grade. Outside of school, Missy enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children in their activities, serving through mission work, and continuing to find new ways to bring energy, positivity, and belonging to her school community.

Natalie McCutchen
Franklin, Kentucky
Natalie McCutchen is a Principal at Lincoln Elementary School in Simpson County who helps students and families by supporting them through their educational journey. Natalie specializes in creating relationships and breaking barriers between home and school and has served in a variety of roles in education such as 7th grade math teacher for 15 years, assistant principal for 5 years, and now principal! She is passionate about all things education and ensuring that all students feel seen, heard, and loved! In their spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and attending her kiddos many sporting events!!

Stephanie Hoskins
East Bernstadt, Kentucky
Stephanie Hoskins is a teacher at Hazel Green Elementary School in Laurel County, Kentucky. Stephanie teaches third and fourth grades, specializes in math, and has served as an interventionist to support growth in that area. Bobbi Caranna
Shelbyville, Kentucky
Bobbi Caranna is a high school librarian and advisor at Shelby County High School in Kentucky. She works to empower student leaders, recognize others, and to create experiences that help students and Staffulty feel like they are a part of something meaningful. Bobbi is passionate about Ren Cards because they are a great way to recognize and motivate growth, rather than just the top performers. She believes that students who have never been recognized or rewarded for their “best” often maintain status quo, until some some says, “I see you. I’m proud of you.” She believes those recognitions can change the trajectory for that student and radically impact the school’s academic achievement. In addition to her role as a Ren leader, Bobbi Caranna was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2023. In her spare time, Bobbi enjoys reading memoirs and biographies, crafting, traveling, and most recently (and surprisingly) gardening.

Leigh Hanna
Pascagoula, Mississippi
Leigh is an award-winning science teacher at Pascagoula High School in Mississippi. A proud alumna of PHS, Ms. Hanna has devoted her teaching career to the very school that laid the foundation for her success. Her belief in the transformative power of education and the lasting influence educators have on students’ lives has led to her involvement in the school’s Renaissance program, where she plays an important role in cultivating a positive school climate and culture. Ms. Hanna firmly believes that fostering strong, positive relationships among all members of the school community is the cornerstone of any school’s success. Patches Oliver
Kiln, Mississippi
Patches Oliver is the Assistant Principal at Hancock High School in Hancock County School District in Mississippi. Patches has 25 years of dedicated experience in education, has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and Assistant Principal. A recognized leader in school culture, she serves as a Renaissance Committee Leader and is honored to have been named both Teacher of the Year and Parent of the Year. She is passionate about bridging the gap between instructional excellence and a supportive community. She is proud to been a part of teams that have received Gold and Platinum School of Distinction. Aleigha Carter
Kiln, Mississippi
Aleigha Carter is an 8th grade Math Inclusion Co-Teacher at Hancock Middle School who helps students by supporting students and Staffulty both inside the classroom and out. Whether it is helping through co-teaching 8th grade math, helping around the school any time she sees someone in need of a hand in any area, ensuring students are getting their proper accommodations, or pouring hours and hours into writing IEPs, Aleigha is always there to lend a kind smile, a helping hand, a positive attitude, and even, as some of her students put, some “goofy lame jokes that make everyone laugh.” Aleigha specializes in student mentorship and relationship building and has stepped into leadership roles both in the classroom and on the sidelines, serving as the Assistant Dance Coach for both the HMS and HHS Talons Dance Teams. In her spare time, Aleigha enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, crafting, and volunteering through Junior Auxiliary of Hancock County (JAHCO).

Beth Mooney
Knoxville, Tennessee
Beth is an Anatomy, Leadership, and Advanced Placement Biology teacher at Powell High School in Tennessee with twenty years of experience in education. She is dedicated to improving the climate and culture within the school, the district, and the community while creating leadership opportunities for everyone. Ms. Mooney is a national speaker and presenter. Beth has received accolades that include Educator of the Year for Powell High School in Knoxville County Schools and Teacher of the Month. Her classes have been replicated as exemplary examples in STEM integration as well as inclusive leadership.

Julie Liford

Julie Liford is the Principal of the Health Science and Human Services Academy at Powell High School. She has been in public education for 26 years and a Renaissance Advisor for the last eight years. Julie has been a previous Teacher of the Year at Powell High School and named a National Renaissance Staffulty of the Month for January 2026. Samantha has been involved with Jostens Renaissance for almost all of her 25 years in education and is currently a coordinator and English and Journalism teacher at Greenbrier High School in Tennessee. Dr. Greg English has served as the Principal of Tullahoma High School in Tullahoma, Tennessee since 2023. At THS, Greg helps students, teachers, and the THS community build a culture rooted in belonging, leadership, creativity, and celebration. Greg specializes in finding—and more often developing—ways to make life easier for teachers, remove barriers for students, and create opportunities for meaningful school improvement. He is committed to maintaining a culture where teachers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to take risks that lead to better student outcomes. He also believes deeply in student voice and works to empower students to take the lead and positively impact their school.
