Understanding privilege means recognizing the advantages that some of us have relative to others because of our life circumstances, which are often out of our control and can change over time. On this episode of The Harbor by Jostens, Mike and students demonstrate how privilege impacts many of our opportunities; and urges us to have conversations about how those with more privilege can use it to help those with less privilege.
